Refund Policy
Our commitment: a fair, clear policy for both the paperback and the ebook.
1. Physical Paperback — 7-Day Return Window
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the physical paperback copy of The FAST Learning System, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the following conditions:
- The book must be unmarked, unhighlighted, and in resalable condition.
- You are responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we issue the refund through Stripe to your original card. See Section 5 for processing times.
2. Ebook (Digital Download) — Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of digital products, the ebook is non-refundable once the download link has been issued. This applies to:
- Ebook purchased as an order bump during checkout (bundled with paperback).
- Ebook added via the 1-click upsell (S$9.90) or downsell (S$5.90).
- Ebook purchased directly from the preview page.
By clicking “Add the ebook” or completing an ebook-only checkout, you acknowledge that you waive the right to withdraw from the purchase once the download link is delivered.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Lost in Transit
If your paperback arrives damaged, is defective (e.g. missing or misprinted pages), or is lost in transit by Singapore Post, we will replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Report the issue within 14 days of expected delivery by emailing book@topstudentsecrets.com with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the damage.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at book@topstudentsecrets.com with:
- Your order number (e.g.
#A1B2C3D4E5— found in your confirmation email) - The reason for the refund request
- For physical returns: photos of the book in its current condition
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
All approved refunds are processed through Stripe, the same payment provider used for your original purchase. Once we issue the refund on our end:
- Stripe initiates the reversal to the original card used at checkout.
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to clear and arrive back in the bank account linked to that card.
- The actual timing depends on your bank's internal posting schedule; some banks credit refunds within 2–3 working days, others take the full 10.
- We cannot refund to a different card or a different payment method — Stripe only supports reversals to the original card that authorised the purchase.
If more than 10 working days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still don't see it, first check with your card-issuing bank (refunds sometimes post as an adjustment rather than a new transaction). If nothing appears after that, email us with your order number and we'll follow up with Stripe directly.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern with your order, please contact us first. We resolve the overwhelming majority of issues within a few emails. Initiating a chargeback with your bank before reaching out may delay resolution and will be contested.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy. The version published at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to your order.
