Terms of Service

1. About Us

This site (book.topstudentsecrets.com) is operated by Cambridge Learning Group, a Singapore-registered sole proprietorship tuition centre located at 491 Jurong West Ave 1, #01-159, Singapore 640491. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cambridge Learning Group. “You” refers to the customer or website visitor.

2. Products

We sell The FAST Learning System — Go from Knowing to Scoring by William Koh, offered in two formats:

• Paperback — S$27 (recommended retail price S$77), shipped within Singapore in 1–2 working days.
• Ebook (PDF) — S$9.90 (S$5.90 via downsell), delivered instantly by email.

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Cambridge Learning Group is not GST-registered, so prices shown do not include GST and no GST is charged on top at checkout.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are processed securely via Stripe.
• We do not store your full card details. Stripe handles payment information under PCI DSS compliance.
• An order is only confirmed once payment is successfully authorised and you receive an order-confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping (Paperback)

• We currently ship within Singapore only.
• Standard fulfilment is 1–2 working days from order confirmation.
• Tracking, where available, is sent by email once the parcel is despatched.
• Delivery timelines after despatch are governed by Singapore Post or the courier we use at the time. We are not liable for delays caused by the delivery service.

5. Digital Delivery (Ebook)

• Ebook download links are emailed to the address supplied at checkout.
• Download links are valid for 30 days from issue. After expiry, contact us for a fresh link at no extra cost.
• Links are personal to you. See Section 6 for intellectual-property restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, diagrams, and design elements in The FAST Learning System are the intellectual property of Cambridge Learning Group and the author. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and apply the material for yourself and your immediate household.

You may not:

• Re-distribute, resell, or publicly share the ebook file or printed content.
• Upload the file to file-sharing services or public websites.
• Use the content to train machine-learning models or language models.
• Reproduce material in commercial tuition materials without written permission.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. No Guarantee of Results

The case studies, grade jumps, and testimonials on this site are composite stories based on real students at Cambridge Learning Group. Every student is different. We cannot and do not guarantee specific academic results, grade outcomes, or examination scores from reading or applying the book alone.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of marks, academic opportunity, income, or reputation.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
